Really poor customer service. I received a coat with a hole in the pocket, I emailed about returning it and they want me to take it to be repaired and to refund me £10. I said I didn’t want the hassle of that and asked for a label to return, they said we don’t provide labels and when I said I better not get charged for the return they have stopped replying! Absolute joke of a company, so rude to ignore customers. I’ll never order again.
