parcel wasnt delivered, had to fill in a form so AX could claim back their money.. i've been chasing my refund ever since but emails/FB messages/Instagram arent replied to, and on the off chance you do get a reply, the customer services team send back generic spiel without actually looking into the case! i've been chasing 2 weeks now as was originally told to wait 2 days for refund! what a joke!!!!!!
