Bought lots of dresses for a wedding.
Returned them but RM messed up, send them proof of postage and they confirmed they’d give me a refund as I did send within 14 days.
I now have a gift card for £600, I’ve been trying to get in touch for weeks and no response. SCAM. Avoid.
