I don't recommend ordering from AX paris, I certainly won't be any more.
Regards returns, their website says "original delivery fees cover the cost of the return service" so I ordered with this in mind.
Not only were all the items I brought completely creased beyond words, they also charged me more in addition to my delivery charge to return the items. Their customer service is shocking, they don't acknowledge that this quotation is misleading to customers. Will avoid ever ordering again and dont recommend them!
