Poor fitting clothes all around. I’ve tried to order from here several times and been disappointed each time, plus the return fee is extortionate.
£65 down due to a missing item from my last order and customer services were not helpful at all. They made me jump through hoops and then told me I am outside of the return period for the other item in the order even though I was waiting for a response from the customer service team.
The clothes aren’t even that good to justify the hassle.You’re better off using AS0S, H&M etc if you want an easy transaction.
