I returned my purchase as the material was cheap and not worth the money. My refund was given but not for the value I purchased at. Deductions as follows:- paid £41.75 Refund £35.30 . When queried I was charged £2 50 admin fee for sending by my own carrier and then the discount I was given at time of purchase £4.20 was also deducted. Refund given £35.30 - which is still incorrect. How can they deduct the discount? Surely what you actually paid for the goods should be refunded.
