I ordered a dress for a wedding and it was too big. Trying to return this they want to charge £5.95 after paying £3.95 for delivery that’s cost me £10 just to try on a dress. Ive never had to pay delivery and return fee on anything I’ve preferred before. Even if you arrange your own return they still charge you £2.50 for the privilege of returning. Avoid avoid avoid this company at all costs.
