AVOID THEM!
They refuse refunds on sale items which is in breach of CCR, I've checked their website and cannot locate anything that clearly advises me only vouchers available for sale items - when contacting customer services they are unhelpful and just repeat themselves, also you cannot email or call complaints you have to write and post letters but you can email customer services - terrible experience with this company
