I ordered quite a few dresses from their website for my daughter to try and ended up returning them all. I returned them within the 14 day period stated on their website and was expecting a full refund, as stated on their website, less £3.95 for return postage costs (you also have to print your own return label).
A few days later I received an email from them saying that they had partially refunded my order, but the items which were in the sale were refunded by credit note (over £90). The credit note they sent was also almost £40 short of the amount outstanding.
I emailed them to query this, sending them a screenshot of their own return conditions and extracts from the ‘Which’ website which says that I am entitled to a full refund when ordering online.
This was several days ago and they haven’t replied, and you can’t contact them by phone.
I have now had to open a dispute through a PayPal to try and get my money refunded.
I wish I’d read reviews before ordering from them as I definitely wouldn’t have bothered.
