If I could give AX Paris a 0 rating on here I would. They try to avoid giving you a refund by issuing you a gift card instead of a refund pretending they have a strict sale policy. This in fact goes against the Consumer Contracts Regulations. It's obviously a ploy to get rid of their sale times and get more business by holding you to a gift card. Not professional at all! Will never shop there again. Have made formal complaints.
Still waiting for my refund a month later but I won't stop until I get it out of principle!!
