If I could leave zero stars I would.
I purchased some dresses which were on sale but all were of poor, cheap quality so returned straight away. I was issued with a Gift Card for AX Paris and was told in a generic response from their "Customer Service Manager" it's part of their "strict policy" that when returning sale items, only a gift card can be issued. I was completely baffled by this as their website states nothing of the sort. Dispute still continues so please be wary if you purchase sale items from these con artists.
