Shockingly horrendous customer service
Ordered a floral dress and they sent something completely different ! Due to Covid I am unable to return so I asked them to arrange a collection which they point blank refused and also refused to give me my money back.
My emails are now being ignored.
Can’t seem to get hold of the CEO of the company.
I refuse to ever put money into this company again !
