Hair isn’t always consistent. Often has pink hues.
Not a good variety of dimensional, very limited for certain clients. They sometimes color well and sometimes it’s a disaster, so makes me very cautious.
A few errors over the years with orders, shipping, and customer service. I find the customer service and timeliness to leave something to be desired.
Tape adhesive is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes they literally won’t come out.
Updated-11-13-24 last order all the packs were different colors! :/ but the “same” color
