I ordered two hoodies and a T-shirt for my workplace, and what we received was completely unacceptable. The T-shirt arrived stained with what looks like black shoe polish, and both hoodies were discoloured with strange dye marks, white blotches, and streaks throughout. We spent nearly £190 on items that are entirely unusable. The products we received look nothing like the images advertised on their website – a complete misrepresentation and, frankly, a scam. Customer service offered a mere 25% refund, which is insulting given the condition of the items. Since providing photographic evidence (including comparison images from their own website), they’ve stopped responding altogether and have even blocked me on their chat. What’s most disappointing is that I had previously ordered from this company and had a positive experience, which makes this all the more shocking. Sadly, it seems their quality and service have gone completely downhill. I wouldn’t be surprised if they go bust if this continues. Steer well clear – absolutely disgraceful.
