“I wanted something a bit different as a Birthday present for my Wife and I found a heart-shaped cushion that you could design yourself on "Bag of Love's2 website and put your favourite collage of photos on the front. It was brilliant as you arrange or shuffle the photos and choose the cushion colours. I put all photos of our Daughter's family with two grandchildren and even their dog! My Wife loves it and it is really well made with great photos; super quality! Thank you so much.”

“I was happy to find someone that printed on Leather. I placed an order with my own design. Creating the design for the order was very time-consuming, and not easy but I managed to get through it. Once I received the leather piece, it was much larger than I anticipated it was going to be, but I used it anyway. The leather I ordered was supposed to be Buffalo hide, it was decent. I work with Buffalo a lot so I know good quality leather. I ordered again and when I received my order, the material was not leather! It was vinyl! It was made to look the same as the Buffalo by texture, but it was not leather! I went back-and-forth with customer service for about two weeks. sending them photos back-and-forth, etc.They kept asking for more photos to compare side-by-side images of the first order to the second. Their conclusion in the end was was that it was the same material. 😡 First of all, it’s very difficult to compare materials through images rather than feel. Why they do not have samples available to them is beyond me! So obviously I will not be ordering from this company again!! Beware their leather is not leather.!!”

“Ordered a custom football shirt with a lot of small details in the design. Every sportswear manufacturer was offering a five-week lead time but Bags Of Love got the whole thing turned around in five days at a lower price! Print quality is far better than I was expecting and the shirt, while it doesn't quite have the feel of a jersey, is close enough to work. I'm impressed and I will certainly be ordering again.”

“Like many of the reviews here, I had a bad experience with these guys. The collage design part of their website is very clunky to use and I wasted two hrs on it. No problem they said, we can sort, but the result had funny lines between the photos and then the customer service fiasco started. Umpteen phone calls later I never had a single email from them and they kept lying about when they would get back to me. Life is too short for this kind of stuff. Went elsewhere.”

“What I got was a product that was smaller than the format I ordered. So I can not use it. They came up with this bad story about shrinking that is part of the proces. But with the fabric I ordered it is not possible. After having contact with them they kept on producing this bad excuse. Now they are not responding at all anymore. Bad compagny. Better order somewhere else.”

“I ordered printed T-shirts. The print quality was great but 3 years later there are still creases in the fabric where it would have been ironed in preparation for printing. They have been washed countless times and I have tried ironing out the creases numerous times but they are still there.”

“I ordered 4 pictures to fabric. 5x7 size. Easy to order..arrived when promised. Looked better than I expected. Review from illinois. I read other reviews..poor. my only issue was my own fault...I got a confirmation number. Didn't screen shot like I normally do. Never got a email. Thankfully everything went perfect otherwise I would have had an issue with customer service. DEFINITELY would recommend. I'm doing a memory quilt & so Excited to get this together with these photos on the fabric!!”

“PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. I bought a wood print from here and it was shockingly of very poor quality. Their response was that the print was ‘slightly different’ but the frame I received was markedly different to what I ordered. Additionally, it has been mentioned that “the designs that you see on the computer or phone screen are very much controlled by the screen contrast, brightness and many other technical aspects”. This is utterly wrong because it is misleading. The software the company is using to create this ‘perfect’ frame does not reflect what I have received. The print I received is completely not something you can gift someone as it has not delivered anything close to the level of expectation they show you on their website. I’m assuming the ‘quality check’, which was done on this product reflects the company standard. Do not waste your time and money on this company, which delivers low quality of products.”

“Terrible experience with this company would highly recommend you avoid them, poor quality printing thin canvas complete loss of detail in image blames a basic monitor for over light and color misrepresentation not like this imac 27" is a basic monitor.... there customer service is slow and delays in response time and does not give answers but to say its ends user fault for poor quality, these images have not been blown beyond the original size, just poor quality at there end”

“While their design process achieved the desired result in printing from using my images on a short sleeved short as acceptable, the software was clunky to use and not intuitive. The big disappointment came in the cheap quality of fabrics they use. I tried both cotton and viscose (there were 4 to choose from) and both were so thin and substandard that I would NOT use this company again, especially if giving as a gift. Two shirts cost me $300 which is way overpriced for the cheapness in look.”

“My husband and I took a photo of the famous Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach on a recent trip to Oregon, and we loved it so much, decided we wanted to make it an oversized canvas print to hang in our bedroom. I went to other sites to design the canvas, and none allowed us to custom design the size. Or if they did, the pricing was outrageous. And if the pricing of the canvas wasn't outrageous, the shipping price was! Then we saw Bags of Love online and decided to give it a shot. We were a little skeptical due to the pricing of the whole thing, but figured, "hey, if it turns out to be a scam, we're only out $150... which is not terrible in the scheme of things." We ordered it on Monday night. We soon discovered it was being delivered to our home in Georgia... from Heathrow Airport! We figured it might take quite awhile to receive it... nope! Tons of notifications from DHL... by Friday, it was hanging in our home. So how is the quality? It looks amazing! We were concerned the quality of the photo might not look good when blown up into a 28 x 60 inch canvas, but it actually looks great! I'm not a photographer so from my untrained eye, I think it looks really good! So there's my review... great product, great price, super fast shipping, beautiful canvas of a beautiful memory! I wouldn't hesitate to use Bags of Love for future projects.”

“Do not waste your money. I purchased two pocket square for my father on my wedding day. The sewing was off, and I've tried multiple times to reach customer service, with no answer. Very disapointed. I did not have anything to give my father on my wedding day, I lost more than 100$. I do not recommend.”

“This company is terrible, and the good reviews are undoubtedly fake. I ordered an acrylic photo block, which arrived off center and fuzzy. Customer service is useless, and bags of love in no way stands by their products. Complete WASTE OF MONEY!”

“Above average in every way! We needed a custom hat for an event and came across this beautiful website. Although we had no expectations, You exceeded any previous experiences we've encountered with customizable item websites we've dealt with in the past! Not only were we blown away by the price, but our hat was delivered sooner than the date given. Wow just wow. Kai(co host) loved his hat so much, we had to order another one! As he got his first hat signed by some great artist and performers at the roots picnic, plus a little dirty from jumping up and down a little too much. To our surprise when ordering another hat that we wanted to add more images to it, the price never changed! AMAZING!! Plus we've already received the hat that we ordered just what felt like yesterday.
