Horrific. Lies throughout the entire process about shipping time. The labels are now too late and I no longer need them. I will NEVER use this company ever again.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. I bought a wood print from here and it was shockingly of very poor quality. Their response was that the print was ‘slightly different’ but the frame I received was markedly different to what I ordered. Additionally, it has been mentioned that “the designs that you see on the computer or phone screen are very much controlled by the screen contrast, brightness and many other technical aspects”. This is utterly wrong because it is misleading. The software the company is using to create this ‘perfect’ frame does not reflect what I have received. The print I received is completely not something you can gift someone as it has not delivered anything close to the level of expectation they show you on their website. I’m assuming the ‘quality check’, which was done on this product reflects the company standard. Do not waste your time and money on this company, which delivers low quality of products.

Was expecting something completely different. I ordered the large blanket and they sent me a little one. I payed wayyyy to much for the blanket to be little and a different material.

Terrible experience with this company would highly recommend you avoid them, poor quality printing thin canvas complete loss of detail in image blames a basic monitor for over light and color misrepresentation not like this imac 27" is a basic monitor.... there customer service is slow and delays in response time and does not give answers but to say its ends user fault for poor quality, these images have not been blown beyond the original size, just poor quality at there end

Do not waste your money. I purchased two pocket square for my father on my wedding day. The sewing was off, and I've tried multiple times to reach customer service, with no answer. Very disapointed. I did not have anything to give my father on my wedding day, I lost more than 100$. I do not recommend.

This company is terrible, and the good reviews are undoubtedly fake. I ordered an acrylic photo block, which arrived off center and fuzzy. Customer service is useless, and bags of love in no way stands by their products. Complete WASTE OF MONEY!

Ordered a photo blanket as a group gift for a friend permanently leaving the country. Requested delivery before Christmas 2021 (submitted order before the deadline on 12th December and also paid the additional urgent delivery fee). It is currently 2nd of January and there is still no sign of the blanket, and we may end up having to re-post the gift once they've departed! Terrible management of customer expectations. Do not promise delivery date if you cannot deliver.

When checking out, delivery times were listed as 3 - 6 business days. My order arrived after 16 days! It was meant to be for company staff Xmas presents and it was late for the party! You should make it more clear that shipping comes from Europe and that there is time needed to print, displaying 3 - 6 business days should be illegal! Youre dishonest to not be transparent, plain and simple!!! And your customer service then just sent me screen shots of the fine print!? Ridiculous. It should not be in the fine print, it should be displayed clearly in large print at checkout.

Avoid this company. Paid for two mugs and received just one. It is impossible to contact them as phone lines are constantly blocked and they do not respond to emails. Non-existent customer service and total rip-off merchants. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Never received my order at all. Every time I speak to someone they apologize and say they will find out where my package is and then inform me, but still no information after it should have been delivered 3 weeks ago.

If you like waiting 6 days to despatch a birthday card with special delivery(paid by you), go with this company.

I have purchased lots of things through out the years. This time I was very disappointed in the service.paid extra for postage to get them in a few day and it took a week, they where birthday cards that it was to late to give. They said that the quality control was not good, they where doing them again ,one of the cards was not checked half the photos where cut off.

I ordered sew in labels. Their service was very fast but the product was extremely disappointing, especially for the high price I paid. The lettering was not crisp at all. I emailed the company but never received a response. Not impressed at all!

We set up an online store just to use a custom glasses case product on this website. We had made a custom case for my mom as a gift a year ago. Everyone loved it and we wanted to sell them. The case had her name on top, and a print on bottom. So we reached out to Bags of Love via their online chat service to ensure that it was ok with them that we print & sell their products in this manner (which it was & we have screenshots of that convo), proceeded to set up the whole company, and then went to work creating tons of material for our store based on this glasses case. People would be able to customize it with their name on top, and choice of photos, etc. We got our first customer, which we were excited about. We received the case in the mail, and the print of her name was REALLY off center. We went back to the Bags of Love website, pulled up the design template mockup that we had filled in to order the product, and that design was perfectly centered. We contacted their customer service team with 2 photos (one of the actual case & how off it was printed, and one of the centered online design mockup). They informed us that this inconsistency with printing would continue to happen if we kept ordering products, and that centering would never be able to be guaranteed. They replaced this one order but notified us that they would not be doing so for future orders for our store, and that they didn’t want any future complaints. When we suggested that they state clearly on the glasses case page that there’s a margin of error in print, or that they can’t guarantee centering (which would’ve saved us all this trouble if we had known), they directed us to read the guidelines on the glasses case page, which we proceeded to re-read a second time and still found no information there regarding a warning about what we experienced. We’ve wasted money, time and effort that could’ve been avoided if they were more transparent on the product page. And we were surprised that it could get through their quality check as well without someone catching how off-center it was, didn’t give us a lot of confidence in their process. My husband and I are both graphic designers and we’ve worked with tons of different print shops for a wide variety of things - we’re used to reading print guidelines and working within specific parameters. This experience was a big disappointment as we followed their guidelines and still ended up with a faulty product, and no guarantee of improvement with regards to future products. We’ve since had to totally re-structure our business and it’s unfortunate how much time and energy we lost on this. Based on the experience we had, we don't feel that this company really cares very much about the concerns of people like us, nor are we convinced that they're doing everything they can to provide top quality products with transparent advertising. The product we ordered is not the product we received, and they clearly stated they wouldn't replace future faulty prints. The customer service responses that we got also felt like they were just dancing around the issue a bit instead of dealing with the root of the problem and admitting to fault. Do not get anything printed at this site! I had zippo lighter printed for my brother's birthday. The printing was terrible quality, had an awful blue outline around the image and looked like a 5 year old had done it. It cost £50 and they said they wouldn't refund it and would give me a £5 voucher to spend in the store. Needless to say I would have no use for that as I wouldn't dream of ever having anything printed here again.

The masks adult size medium that we ordered don’t even fit my 11 year old son. The personalized images on the masks are very bad quality. For 60 dollars not what we expected. Theyre unwearable garbage and no exchange or refund is proposed.

I had a canvas made of a wedding photo, taken by a professional photographer. I added text via Bags of Love’s platform on their website. The finished product was so dark, you can barely make out the image. The drop shadow on the text almost non-existent, making the text not legible beyond six feet The finished product looks NOTHING like the image I edited on their website. When brought to Bags of Love’s attention, this was their reply: I have forwarded the image and the concern to the production team for a review and received an update from them. “They have informed me that the design supplied was dark therefore the printed result is dark.” No offer to correct the problem, just an offer for me to re-purchase the same canvas at a 30% discount. Why on earth would I pay again (70%) for another canvas I can’t hang?! Anniversary present fail.

The image is badly aligned missing (not half a cm) but 3 cm towards the the top of the image. The width of the curtain is longer at the bottom, until it gets to the middle and width becomes smaller and smaller eradicating the image and the alignment ignoring the image completely. the vertical lines do not marry up and extremely far apart. The hemming is missing and fraid in places. It's too embarrassing to put up. I paid £89.00 for it. I paid for another curtain so they could be seen together. Without the reprint it makes no sense. I have been robbed a £150.00 as these curtains can not be used in the event I have planned. I have sent pictures and I am being ignored. The company is quick to take money but not quick in resolving problems. Most companies would be apologetic and do a reprint straight away. But not these guys. 4 days of silent treatment I need the reprint curtain by the 3rd of August 2020. Why can't they own up to their mistake and rectify. If I ordered this in a shop face to face I would refuse to pay for this substandard product, I doubt that the shop would show me such a mess. They shouldn't have sent me out that fudged product. Apparently it had been quality checked? LOL. (I never use lol but its appropiate here) Their phone lines are also dead. Using covid-19 as an excuse for bad customer service. If you want to be robbed and left with a poo on your bed go with these guys.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I placed an order with screenshots that show it will be completed and dispatched within 24 hours. I even spoke with somebody via their chat and paid £8 to ensure next day delivery. The item has not arrived, it hasn't even been completed, and they refuse to provide an ETA Photobox are way more reliable, I just wanted to use an independent company, this has really backfires. Their service is terrible. Chats do not get answered unless it's regarding a sale not yet placed. Email responses provide no information.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY I ordered these Photo blocks for Father’s Day Presents! I Paid extra for the fast postage (next day). There online system said the item were in stock . They took my payments. They emailed me saying they were out of stock. I replied straight away and no reply. I emailed them several Times and they ignored me. They put my order on hold . There was no way to change the order online . 4 days later they replied! I Paid extra for them to reorder my purchase, they promised the order would be with me yesterday or today . Nothing! I could of purchased the same items at a Tesco photo service for half the price! STAY AWAY! There scammers! There customer service is rubbish!
