I complained about the poor quality of a some prints. The resolution had been signifcantly reduced and I was sent very low res grainy prints.
Several emails backwards & forwards. They agreed to refund my order if I returned the prints to them, which I have done. (Note they offered this as well asking me to delete my other negative feedback).
I have still not had the refund and they are not answering emails.
