AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
I placed an order with screenshots that show it will be completed and dispatched within 24 hours. I even spoke with somebody via their chat and paid £8 to ensure next day delivery.
The item has not arrived, it hasn't even been completed, and they refuse to provide an ETA
Photobox are way more reliable, I just wanted to use an independent company, this has really backfires.
Their service is terrible. Chats do not get answered unless it's regarding a sale not yet placed. Email responses provide no information.
