I recently bought an oval cast iron bread pan from Bakery Bits, and it's the best purchase I've made for a long time. The quality of my already good sourdough has improved, with a better spring, crisper crust, ang generally a better bake. Delivery was very fast, and I was delighted with the service Bakery Bits provided. The pan is heavy, certainly, but the quality of the bread is oh, so good! I love my pan and wouldn't be without it
