We have now used Balkan Escape for all our holidays for the last 10 years and the latest is again testament to why we have done so. Right from the first enquiry Jack listened to our families needs and tailored a perfect package for the 4 of us. Remembering elements from our previous holidays he went above and beyond to ensure we all were catered for not just the adults. Everything was seamless from our arrival all the way through to our departure and once again delivering a fantastic escape that we all equally enjoyed. I cannot recommend them enough for what really is a very personal company that put people first not like your typical holiday company that just try and force a package on you that doesn’t suit your needs. We will be back again for next year’s holiday without question.
