Placed an order and can’t even get something as basic as an order confirmation! Seeing all those bad reviews about their shipping performance on the internet I’m starting to regret purchasing from them. I’m in touch with your CS already getting nowhere.
Now, I’ve asked for my order to be cancelled - again, silence at the other end.
