Warning to anyone shopping with Beauty Bay I’ve been a loyal customer of Beauty Bay for years and have regularly recommended them to my clients. But after a recent experience, I won’t be shopping with them again — and I feel it’s only right to share this as a warning. A few weeks ago, I placed a small order and received an empty box. I contacted their customer service team immediately, only to be told that because the packaging wasn’t damaged or tampered with, they were closing the case. No refund. No replacement. No accountability — essentially implying I was being dishonest. While the order itself wasn’t hugely expensive, it’s the principle that matters. If this is how they treat loyal customers, how many others are they doing this to and profiting from? I’ve had no choice but to escalate this with my bank. I’d strongly urge anyone thinking of ordering from them to be cautious
