Beauty Bay have given me some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a while.
Firstly I did an order of 2 x face serums, I then received an email a few days later saying that my parcel hasn’t been delivered because it’s damaged. There was no explanation of what next steps I could take, if I would be getting a refund/ I should reorder etc.
I contacted their customer service team via email twice and received no reply. 10 days later, half of the parcel arrived so I only received 1 serum.
I then managed to finally complain to beauty bay via twitter(??) and was met with hostility, I sent a picture of my half parcel that had arrived and explained I was upset because I ordered the parcel for a mother’s day present and the experience had been appalling.
Instead of sending a new version of the missing serum out, they just refunded me (but only for the price of the serum and not postage), so I had to reorder the serum and essentially pay postage twice!
This whole process has lacked communication from Beauty Bay and Hermes, and I barely feel my complaints were read let alone understood.
Will never be ordering from Beauty Bay again.
