Ordered £50 worth of beauty bay products , Hermes notified that my haul had been delivered and put in a safe place , no attempt was made to knock on the door , my car was in the drive way as-well.
Myself and my sister was home.
Hermes took a photo of my haul package at the safe place, however when I went to go check not even 10 mins later my haul packaging was no where to be seen !!!
Shocking customer service , you cannot get in contact with beauty bay.
Hermes, you need to sort out your employees.
