Parcel was chucked outside front door on an open plan garden.
Absolutely shocking customer service. As soon as the words i want to return the item it became a ping email for reasons why they dont want it back. The min u open a box to look thats it you have no rights. Well im going to trading standards and will be using the consumer act as i have a right to return i told them the day it was delivered. Avoid this company at all costs there are a lot better more professional ones
