Beauty bay were unable to fill my complete order so I cancelled the entire order within 20 mins of purchasing.
That same evening my order was despatched, I emailed customer services to enquire why it’s been despatched - THEY BLOCKED ME.
Honestly never had this type of poor treatment from a company. Absolutely criminal
