The product came well sealed and maintained but but but unfortunately the worst service ever🙄 When courier guy came to drop my products he asked me to pay. When I told him I cleared all the amount he told me this is Vat. What Vat??? I cleared everything through online payment, now whats this vat bruh. Atleast it should be mentioned while checkout. When I tried to communicate through email they told me (( BEAUTY BAY accepts no responsibility for these fees, they will need to be paid by yourself prior to the delivery of your order))
What if I had no money ??
