Items didn’t arrive, I chased up and was told they were damaged in transit and I would receive a refund. Refund was not processed. I chased this up 3 times, each time was told a technical problem blocked the refund but ‘now it will be fine’. Each time I was told to ‘wait 3-5 days for it to be processed’. After 3 weeks there was no refund, and awful customer service. I was passed from person to person by email, some of whom were apologetic and polite, others blunt and with a poor attitude. Eventually I had to ask a third party to step in to secure a refund on my behalf otherwise it may never have happened. I don’t know what’s happened to Beauty Bay, they used to be brilliant. Now I will never trust or order from them again after being treated so badly, and it seems from reading other reviews mine is not a rare experience.
