Atrocious Customer Services; never received order & 7 weeks on & 11 e-mails to customer services & still no refund. I placed an order for two items on the 5th December to be delivered to my local Hermes collection point, the Co-op. There was an e-mail confirmation of the order and then another to say it was en-route and I would be notified when it arrived in store and was available for collection. I didn't receive any notification (kept checking spam etc as well) but factoring in that it was Christmas and there was no specific time frame given for delivery I wasn't too worried and headed off on my honeymoon on the 14th expecting to be able to collect it when I returned on the 23rd Dec. However when I returned there had still been no notification and I desperately contacted customer services via e-mail to try and find out where my parcel (aka Christmas gifts I needed in 1 day) were. Frustratingly there is no immediate way of contacting Beauty Bay as not only do they not have a phone number but there's no online chat service with a real person either and every e-mail sent gets a different representative reply so there's no continuity of the same person dealing with the issue and this just adds further delay and confusion on their part.
