I buy from Beauty Bay A LOT, like at least 3 times a month. I have only ever had one issue, whereby a mascara I ordered was not sent out, so they emailed me about the error and offered a 15% discount code.
After a few days, it still hadn't arrived, so I emailed them. They replied within a few days and said they would refund the cost.
Every other time I have ordered, it has come the next day, in good condition, and wonderfully packaged.
