If I could give zero stars i would. Still waiting on a refund since 10th nov 2022...emailed several times told its being dealt with as a matter of urgency..its clearly not..other part of same order not delivered either no explanation as to why but refund processed for that with no notice. Utterly ridiculous never using beauty bay again
