My child opened two Christmas presents from this company to which one had a note in off a previous customer saying that the item is faulty and she would like a refund , the item had hair init as well a was gutted my child opened this it got sent back 5th January I have emailed and emailed this company to get refund back after sending both items back beauty bay saying alsorts to try and not give refund yet saying they haven't received them which a can see they have by royal mail recite absolute disgrace of a company to get a refund back of no faults of my own
