Package never received....Ordered on 24 November. Numerous emails with the generic reply...(so rude) You need to go into dispute with PayPal to get them to finally do something. They are now, on the 22 December offering a refund- probably won't get back before Christmas or a replacement parcel (subject to availability!) Not good when they are gifts for Christmas. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Hope everyone will have a merrier Christmas than my poor, 3 gifts arriving after the big day, daughter!!
