The customer service and ease of ordering online and negotiating great prices was impressive. The delivery wasn't long at all, unfortunately only received 1 hour notice for the delivery truck rather than a discussion around suitable delivery date, but otherwise, great experience. Used all methods of communications for effective experience (Live Chat, Email, Telephone).
