Started off well. When confirming the order with the saleswoman, I asked for old mattresses to be removed. I paid an additional fee, on top of the delivery fee to have removed.
5 days later (not the next day as advised) the extremely rude delivery staff with attitude and intimidation, did not unpack and remove packaging.
I made contact with the original saleswoman and felt I was speaking with a different person.
A full refund was requested and given. Goods returned to the warehouse. Storeman was very polite and helpfull
