My bed frame arrived in perfect condition well before the time frame I was given when I ordered it. It was well packed and the delivery man helped unpack it for assembling. It was easy to assemble following the numbered pieces.
Customer service was also excellent as I changed my mind about the bed clearance and there was no fuss. The amendment was made and I was emailed the change. I cannot fault BedWorks and highly recommend the company.
