I cannot get out and had to do a lot over the phone and internet. They could not have been more helpful and pleasant. When the mattress arrived the two couriers wee just as nice and helpful. The mattress is wonderful, price good, and I am very satisfied. five stars all round to the staff at Stanmore NSW
