Online I found it very difficult to complete my order, so I called and had fabulous customer service from the staff on the phone.
The delivery however was woeful. I have never had a ruder, more objectionable delivery guy enter my apartment. He said he had had over 30 years experience in the industry. I don’t know what he had been doing in that time because he had no idea, and was incredibly rude to boot. So my experience with Bedworks was neutral. Tricky, really good, then awful.
