Really nice and helpful guy, I called to cancel my subscription, and was a little anxious about doing it over the phone but he was very understanding and put me at ease.
He wasn't pushy and just gave alternatives like freezing subscription and told me about the points on my account.
I did decide to leave but this has nothing to do with the great service provided.
