Someone at beer52 needs to reply to my 2 emails. It's been over a week!
I canceled my subscription, was told all was fine on the call, I was told the next month was half price if I stayed. I declined. The next day an order still dispatched at full price. I would have let it go but the order was delivered wet and damaged. I emailed a week ago asking for a refund etc. no one has bothered replying. I have checked my spam folders. Nothing.
Customer service is appalling at this point because I'm being ignored.
