I spoke to Douglas to cancel my subscription, he was very understanding and gave alternatives like freezing my account and informed me about the points I had on account but at no point did he seem pushy or anything other than pleasant.
I decided that I will end my subscription but this choice had nothing to do with the excellent service I received.
