Appalling customer service.
Cancelled my subscription over the phone, assumed all was done.
But then earlier this month a box arrives and id been charged for it.
Emailed straight away and after 2 weeks worth of forward and backward emails they claim not be able to find the phonecall so won’t refund. After speaking to others it seems it isn’t the first time they’ve used this excuse.
