Product is fantastic. Price is reasonable as. You get a variety you couldn't get at the supermarket. Delivery has been OK... Not the most exciting part of the service but it has been largely reliable. Having to call to cancel subscription is a pain but Douglas handled it quickly for me. Did the retention questions professionally, advised of my outstanding credit and gave a good incentive to stay another month, but ultimately I'd already made the decision to leave. Was good that he wasn't pushy but still got all the obligatory business tasks complete. Hard to keep customers and managers pleased at things like that.
