Douglas was very polite, friendly and helpful - he helped me adjust my delivery address and frequency to suit my needs and then dropped me an email confirming the details of my subscription, which aren't always clear from the website dashboard. I'm a big fan of Beer52 - their boxes make great gifts for beer loving friends!
