Douglas is an absolute babe. I called as I wasn't overall satisfied, however Douglas went above and beyond to ensure that things were rectified and that I was satisfied with the outcome of the chat. By far one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. You should absolutely give him a raise! His retention abilities need to be recognised as top notch!
