Can't fault the customer service, and I love the way the company talks to you online and in person. Really lovely, chatty, friendly and calm (D Munro!). Just a shame I had to leave as I wanted more brown beer - I don't like hoppy IPA and wheat beers much. They can't do that (yet I hope) so until then, I remain in the wings...
