Great customer service. Received my first crate just in time for the weekend and enjoyed 3 or 4 of them.
Called up to cancel my subscription but was kindly informed by a guy called Douglas M that I had £8 credit available to use on my next month, but had no obligation to do so.
I agreed to stay subscribed and was told that they would also throw in an extra couple of beers. Winner!
Such a pleasure to talk to regardless of whether I continued my subscription or not. Great customer service.
