Douglas was fantastic helping me to resolve my issue today. He was very well informed about the products and industry and really helped to put me at ease while discussing my issue. It's not often I end a call with a customer service department with a smile on my face and chuckling to myself; a great little lift I needed today, thank you. Now I'm looking forward to my next box, which Douglas did me a great deal on (hopefully I'll get all the beers I was expecting this time...) . If only all customer service experiences could be as positive as mine today, a lot of CS departments could learn a great deal from Douglas. I've always had good service from Beer52 and today's experience exemplified how customer care should be done.
