At first when I saw I had to call up to cancel my subscription I was a little hesitant and thought it was quite annoying I couldn't just press a button. But then, when I called and spoke to Angus, I couldn't have been happier. He helped me out with my subscription and also had a genuine interest in how I am doing/coping with lockdown2.0. With the way the our global mental health is going we need more people like Angus who are not only great at their job but are great people to speak to. Angus put a smile on my face on what was starting to become a quite bleak and miserable day where I was struggling with my mental health. He's the reason my subscription is not canceled and I am staying for another month.
