I've chatted to Douglas on a couple of occasions whether it was to change my order, put my account on hold whilst I was abroad or in the last instance inform him that the courier service had lost my order. He has only ever been polite, helpful and has an easy charm and a wicked sense of humour. It's a shame there aren't more Douglas's in this world. Full respect!
